Customers say Stewart Moving & Storage stands out for professionalism, speed, careful handling, and excellent communication. Most people highlight efficient crews who are courteous and protect belongings well. Nearly 92% of feedback is positive among 78 reviews, an impressive rate compared to many moving companies. Those who had issues mainly cite damaged or missing items, scheduling delays, or lost parts during unpacking, with frustration around slow resolution. Compared with the industry, Stewart Moving & Storage receives stronger praise for its staff’s helpful attitude but, like some peers, faces challenges with occasional mishandling during large-scale or military moves.
I have moved many times and had movers. This experience was by far the BEST moving experience. The crew were professional, polite, did the job efficiently and careful of my belongings. I would truly recommend them for your next move!!!
Movers were super kind, quick, and very careful with my house hold goods. Lots of checking in by the company before and after the move to ensure I had everything I needed.
Great crew! Fast, efficient, and friendly! We PCS’d in from England and had a big shipment- the crew handled everything with care and had us unloaded and ready to enjoy our new home in no time.
Kenneth and his crew that packed us were very friendly, fast, and efficient. It was an easy process and there were no issues. They communicated effectively and made this move go smoothly. We highly recommend this company!!
The staff was really accommodating, since I have never moved before they did a really great job explaining how everything worked. They were also really friendly and timely with the service. They were also quite gentle with all the boxes.

I strongly recommend against using Bonnie Relocation for your move. I'm a military member and this company was assigned to pack, store, and unpack my household. First off they showed up 2 days after the agreed upon move date. Next, two of the three packers didn't have ID so they couldn't get onto the military base. Then while my shipment was in transit they broke an office desk, my BBQ grill, my son's loft bed, and a couple pieces of my master bedroom set...along with a number of other small items. Then they determined that my unpack location was too far to send a full team so they sent one unpacker and hired local day laborers to help him. The day laborers didn't care about my stuff so they were throwing things around. One of the laborers brought a firearm onto my property without permission and the Bonnie Relocation employee realized that another one of the day laborers had stolen his knife. Then my parts box was lost from the shipment. The lost parts box meant that none of my furniture could be reassembled properly. They said they'd go buy new hardware but quickly realized how nearly impossible it is to piece together hundreds of pieces of different sized hardware so they eventually gave up and left. I spent weeks finding the right nuts and bolts to put my stuff back together. Nearly a month later they emailed and told me they found the parts box. I was livid. I told them to deliver the parts box and put together the few remaining items that I hadn't assembled yet. They were probably hoping I'd just say to send me the box, so they never responded to me again. Luckily the company that contracted them realized how terrible these guys are and reimbursed me for my damage...but not for the weeks of time I spent finding hardware and putting together furniture. These guys are the worst. They are incredibly unprofessional and untrustworthy. You should think twice before you trust them with your belongings.
Two days late as well. Also showed up late when packing and unpacking besides the day the boss was present. Upon receiving items I’ve never seen such poor coordination among a crew. They used our kitchen knives to cut tape before we asked them to stop. Our wardrobe boxes were dumped in closets defeating the purpose of hanging items in the first place.Parts for beds were missing so we continued to sleep on the floor with children. Since the unpacking was so unorganized and things were just being piled up we had to stop. Once going through items we had multiple things missing and broken. Still waiting for a call back to discuss what happened. Not military friendly and I told the contracting company to drop immediately since no one deserves this treatment especially when you’re being paid to take care of personal goods. If you’re military on the east coast please ask for another company if you see their name.
I am a military member who had to relocate and this is the company that was assigned to pack my house hold goods. If I could give no stars I would. Very sloppy work. They broke items while packing and didn’t take full responsibility when they broke it. My stuff wasn’t inventoried correctly so I’m positive that when it gets to me many things will be missing or broken. They played music without asking and did not work together, so one person would work well in one area and others didn’t do well at all. When you call to ask questions the representative acts like they are gonna help but never calls back. I strongly do not recommend this company. My specific movers were lazy and unprofessional.
