"They were easy to get a quote and schedule in short notice. I experienced great customer service during the quotation and scheduling process. The day of the move, they called ahead to advise that they were short a guy, which subsequently turned out into a longer moving day(they get paid by the hour) and at that point I couldn't reschedule because I already had taken a vacation day and planned everything to move that day.The guys that showed up were nice and courteous and worked hard. My only complaint is that they left my couch laying sideways with the back on the floor and it was missing a foot. I had already signed everything and they had been gone for about 5 mins when I noticed. I tried calling both the main driver and the supervisor, left messages and no one returned my call. They didn't even follow up with a phone call the next day."

"They did a good job wrapping everything and protecting larger items so they didn't get damaged, so no complaints there, but there was no sense of urgency at all, they moved pretty slowly all day...there was a $48 charge for moving supplies."

"Firstly, I want to say that I LOVED these guys. They were courteous, funny, kind, and handled every piece of furniture with care. I would likely hire them again, but there were some issues that need to be addressed. To start, they only came with 1 truck that was not nearly big enough to handle a move of our size...Our entire patio set, 5 racks of metal shelving, along with about 40 boxes were left sitting at our old house, so we eventually had to rent a u-haul and borrow a friend's pickup truck to finish everything over the next 3-4 weeks."

"I cannot describe how hard and professional this crew was on a very difficult move with heavy piano and furniture. However, they left quite a bit behind that caused a lot of work for me. But they did come back the next day with the items they left behind."

"So moving is always a colossal pain in the ass. I think we can all agree on that. I no longer try and round up any friends to move my furniture in exchange for pizza and beer because 1) my friends are lazy (or all in Dallas) and 2) they would get too drunk to treat my furniture carefully. So I just hire someone...this time Big League Movers. On moving day the two young guys showed up right on time (in a U-haul truck, not their own truck? is this normal?) and walked through to see what all I have. I had basically living room, one bedroom full of furniture, dining table, a bar, a futon. Some of my bedroom furniture is large and hard to handle but for the most part in a 2 bedroom apartment it really isn't that much furniture. They quoted me 3 hours on the phone but I figured would be a little longer since my apartments had a courtyard to walk through and my bedroom in the new place was up stairs. But 3 hours it did NOT take. More like 6.5 hours of grueling hell. The guys weren't goofing off, they were busting their ass but it seemed there was a lot of time spent figuring out how to get things out or in and how to arrange the truck so that things didn't get messed up in the 1 mile transit. I had to put my glass table tops in my dad's van because they didn't want to get it messed up on the truck. It just seemed like maybe there was some inexperience there or something. I started helping them when we hit the 3 hour mark and still hadn't left my apartment. Also, note, I didn't have them move any of my boxes (maybe 2 or 3 of the heavier ones) but I moved all the boxes and stuff MYSELF either before this or in my parent's van that day. So this was basically JUST FURNITURE. Thus I cannot for the life of me figure out how these guys couldn't get me moved in/out in under 6.5 hours? (PS one of the mover guys couldn't figure it out either as I heard him say under his breath when I was paying "they should give her a discount, it shouldn't have taken that long). I also helped the guys move in stuff and put the drawers in the chest and dresser, etc. I feel like I should have gotten a discount for helping! And, after all that, there was a rip in my leather couch. Sigh.So I get on the phone with the guy in the office and talk to him about payment - he quotes a totally different deal than they did on the phone the first time. I tried to tell him what I was told on the phone and he was kind of like..um, no? Like um YES that's what they told me. But when he asked where I heard of them and I said yelp, he gave me a different discount and it ended up about the same price anyway so no harm no foul except that people should write down what they've told people previously. He also got with me about getting my couch fixed although I did have to call back a few times to make sure something was going to happen with that. But a guy came out and fixed the couch and it actually is fixed up pretty good so they are good with their word on that.Overall moving sucks and it was about the way I expected it would be - problematic and taking way too long. But it is A-ok because all my shit is here and it is done. I would say these guys are going to be as good as any other movers and they will follow up with you if something happens to your stuff. Personally, I never want to move again and if I do I think I'm going to sell all my stuff and then start over new! hahaha"
