This "manager" is one of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with in recent years. He berated me about charges, accused me, and refused to listen to my concerns. DO NOT hire this company if you want a move done efficiently.

Completely unacceptable. Charge for moving the piano was much more than quoted and tried to double the cost for my 87-year-old mother-in-law. Manipulated us to increase costs; I would never suggest anyone use this company.
