Frank... Owner... Extremely disrespectful to my 83 y.o. mom! I overheard his nasty tone, disrespect & total lack of care! Damage to dining room table... UNWRAPPED! Gouged holes in walls, baseboard, etc.
Do Not Use This Company if you ever want to see your belongings!! The owner, Frank is quite unhinged and his organization is obviously full of thieves. We moved... half of our artwork and other items are missing!!
Beware of this fraudulent company. The guys working there are good and efficient, but the management is out of order and totally rude. They only accept cash and when we forgot to bring it, they told us we had to pay $150 per hour for waiting.
