This time it was Elfan, Alex, Dima, and Roma helping us. They were very punctual...super careful and wrapped all our furniture very well...super polite, always asking permission for everything. The price was very fair and included wardrobe boxes for free which no provider gives.

Last week had the best move I could have ever imagined and this week the worst. Didn’t use protection on anything, ruined 3 tables and broke a chair. Communication was below acceptable and when speaking to the office zero f given.

The WORST moving company to ever exist! They broke practically EVERYTHING. Didn’t let us inspect belongings until we paid, didn’t want to pay for damages. Dumped trash in our yard. Had to call police. Just an absolute disaster!

They charged us double the estimate and took 6 hours to move an 800 sq foot apartment 5 min away. Put a hole in our wall, broke my TV, and lost a shoe rack. Horrible experience.
