Everything came off the truck broken, smashed and scratched. After paying extra fees, we were left broke and New Planet could care less.

They picked up and delivered on time! Only issue I had was they guesstimate the weight and there's no way to prove how much you actually are getting charged for...it ended up costing over a thousand dollars more then the quote.
