They lost my filing cabinet, broke a dresser drawer, gave misleading information, scratched the wall, broke a chunk off my bookshelf and made promises they did not deliver on. Your movers physically grabbed my filing cabinet and asked if I was taking it and I told them yes.

During the time they were on their cell phones, they had their family driving by to talk to them and they took forever, using a 3 man crew. We were unwrapping furniture just to get the whole thing done.
We noticed when they were unloading their truck, things seemed to be tossed around & not very secure. They would stack heavy boxes/bins on top of lighter boxes/bins causing them to buckle under pressure & several of those boxes contained fragile items which ultimately were decimated.
