"I scheduled my move over a week in advance and was given a time of between 12 and 3. At 230 i called mark again and was told they were running behind and would be here no later than 330. So not only did they miss their eta given at noon he didn't even have the courtesy to call and let me know they wouldn't even make the originally scheduled time. I finally got a call at 410 saying they were on their way. By that time i already made other arrangements. I wouldn't recommend doing business with VIP moving they have proven they have no respect for the customer's time!"
"Highly unprofessional movers and would not recommend at all. I called asking if they could come help unload a truck that day and they said they would make it by 3pm. 3pm rolls around and there is no sign of them. I called asking if they’d be here soon and they said they’re 4 hrs behind and wouldn’t make it. I would’ve appreciated a call or text notifying me that they wouldn’t make it because I only had my truck until 6pm and had to unload everything with my girlfriend in a rush. If I had known earlier I could’ve at least called someone else for help."
"UPDATE: I noticed today that I’m missing an item that I had & is now gone. I had it in a particular place & that’s the only item that was unwrapped by the movers. Not to mention they were suppose to install my washer & dryer and I had to hire a handyman who showed me they didn’t even tighten the washing machine connections so it was leaking & my daughters dresser now has a big chip mark on it."
