and I truly felt like I got more than my money’s worth because of the level of service. What could have been one of the most stressful days ended up being one of the easiest, thanks to them. It’s rare these days to find a company that not only does its job well but also takes pride in going above and beyond for its customers. If you’re looking for a moving company that is reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about making your move smooth, look no further. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone, whether you’re moving across town or across the state. They’ve earned every bit of this 5-star review, and I know I’ll be calling them again the next time I move.

y destroyed my $1100 dresser and sliced the back of my $800 couch. I made multiple attempts to get the to right the wrong. He offered $120 for everything. We have been advised by an attorney to go to small claims court.

worst moving company ever!!! Dropped a 72" TV and busted it. Owner will not compensate for the damages. Said it was just a 'roll of the dice' moving guys complained the entire time about the amount of furniture.

I could give zero stars I would. I was given a window of 12-3 for my move. They pushed it back to 3. Then at 4:10 the driver called and said he was 28min away. I called him back 30 min later as he had not arrived and he said it would take another 30 min. I told him numerous times that everything had to be loaded into the u-pack facility which was 25 min away before 6. He assured me they could do it. They arrived at the storage facility at 5. Then were so rude to my dad that drove from Monroe 2 hours away and waited all day on them. The drivers left without helping us, even after we asked to just move the large items, not loose items. Both the drivers and the owner had nothing but excuses, and refused to own their part. Instead the owner was texting me trying to argue about fault. I’ll be shocked if the owner doesn’t try to respond to this review by shifting the blame.

i called this company to move one large item. I got a answering machine. Three days went by, I called again and got who I thought was the owner. I asked why he hadn't called back and he had excuses. I had to prompt him to ask me for my name and to set up an appointment. So we decided on a Wednesday at 9am. At 936 I began to call, because I had taken off work and had a small window. Upon arrival I asked the lead guy if he was going to offer some sort of discount for being so late. He said referring to the owner 'he's not gonna do anything, I can tell you'. So I fired them on the spot. They were expensive too. I just cant understand why a small business in Sport/Bossier cant answer the phone and give good service. Furthermore, not call or care when a bad experience happens.

m the time the driver arrived he was argumentative. Several pieces of our furniture were damaged. The contract said employee were not to solicit tipping. The driver mentioned tipping on multiple occasions and he along with one other employee was rude. We tried calling the office multiple times with no answer. They also tried padding the bill by pulling in two more workers without our approval.
