They called beforehand, delivered when scheduled, let me keep the POD as long as needed, and picked it up after I scheduled online. Completely seamless transaction.
Negative PODS Moving & Storage Reviews
Dark Slayer, Google
Took a lot more money than agreed, up charged me multiple times throughout without warning, and the billing was an absolute nightmare.
Darrell Johnson, Google
The POD never came in during the scheduled time, and my delivery date was changed to two days after I would have already left. They did nothing to accommodate.
Jessica Teague, Google
They wanted to charge me $355 extra for a schedule they could not keep, then took three weeks to deliver my POD. This was very unprofessional.
Neutral PODS Moving & Storage Reviews
Cynthia Loftin, Google
Didn't honor advertised discount and had issues opening and closing POD door.
Juli White, Google
The company is good for storage in your driveway but that is about it. Moving out of state, I don't recommend it. There was no communication between departments, though customer service representatives went above and beyond.
Puja Sharma, Google
This was the first time I used PODS. Everything was great, except when it was time to re-deliver the container, they said they need to use City Services which was more expensive than the quote I was given.
