Our experience with pods definitely has not been the greatest experience. There was a lack of communication from the online service side. The guys who delivered the POD to our houses where amazing Scott in Peoria and Andy from Colorado Springs where quick and efficient arrived on time and made the experience worth it.

They are so helpful till you get your pods loaded, then they screw you. Wont deliver our 3 pods to our new home, and wont even deliver to nearby towns they have listed on their website as in their service area!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. It started with being required to chat with customer service for over an hour just to get a quote on cost. Then my card was charged without my consent.

Scheduled all my dates for drop off and move a month in advance. A week before our move date I randomly check in on our account online, and the move date is cancelled. Now they tell me they can't pick up the pod until after our move date????

The Pods associate on line were inconsistent and I felt I had to call them constantly to make sure the process was followed as planned. The local pods associates in the Peoria area did a great job of communicating.

I got this because I needed more time to load the vehicle than I was going to get with Uhaul. The delivery date was not ideal but was able to work with it, the delivery to the new house went well. The pick ups were a nightmare.

Delivery and Pickup charges are excessive. The price for the pod was acceptable, the delivery and pickup charges were too much, I won't be using tge service again.
