We had been 'burned' by unscrupulous movers in the past so we were prepared to be abused again, however, we have to say that BRS exceeded our expectations at every turn.

I contacted them about 7 weeks prior to my anticipated moving date. They failed to ever get back to me. They are now completely booked for June and have left me with no one for movers.
