Von Paris is one of the more professional and reliable moving companies in the DC area. It was a pleasure to work with Deb and Ruben before the move, especially with all of our date changes. They were really flexible.

We used Von Paris for a move, and were initially pleased. However, the last moving crew was terrible. They did not use any sort of protective floor coverings, resulting in thousands in damages to new hardwood floors.

The movers were several hours late and had been told the entire house was already packed and no packing was necessary which was not the case. Movers were unprepared and had few packing materials.

The driver, Porter was fabulous, however the packing crew was a nightmare. Items were randomly packed from different rooms, mislabeled. Items for storage were brought to the wrong place.
Everyone I dealt with from the estimator to the office staff to the movers were all very nice...I didn’t have any less scratches and dings than I have with movers in the past.
