Positive PNW Moving and Delivery Reviews
"The movers were on time, efficient, respectful, careful, and worked hard from start to finish. Our three-bedroom house and garage were moved from one side of the Sound to the other in 7 hours flat. On time and on budget. I highly recommend PNW Moving and Delivery."
"The communication was helpful and flexible with our changing time-line, and always friendly. The three person crew that moved us were timely, friendly, and hard working. They asked all the right questions, offered to move things we were planning to take ourselves, and never dawdled on the job. We appreciated how easy they made it for us. Would definitely recommend this company."
"We highly recommend PNW Movers. Vlad and Dennis did a great job. They were excellent at fitting everything in the truck, there were no accidents with furniture bumping into things. They were polite as well."
Negative PNW Moving and Delivery Reviews
"Do not recommend this company. About a month after moving I started rearranging furniture and have noticed several areas of damage on my furniture that was either in the back of a nightstand that was placed against a wall, on the top corners of a bookshelf, dents on bookcase, and a busted back panel for an under bed drawer. I haven't been able to fully examine every piece of furniture so not sure if there is other damage. Because the majority of the damage were in areas not readily visible it feels very deceptive that the movers saw this but didn't say anything. The majority of my furniture was only about 2 months old and was inspected upon delivery. There were also several areas of noticeable abrasion on furniture surfaces that leads me to believe the furniture was not wrapped/padded and poorly loaded. I didn't question the lack of wrapping inside the apartment because I thought they would wrap while loaded onto the truck. The only piece of furniture I witnessed wrapping was the mattress. I sent an email to customer service a few weeks ago just letting them know what happened and wasn't expecting much other than a possible apology but have received no response at all. While I do not recommend using this company, if you do make sure you watch them closely."
Yelp
"Recently had a move with PNW moving. I'm giving them two stars because they showed up late, they were scheduled to be there between 8am-10am and got there around 1015 with no notice though I was supposed to have been sent a text when they were en route. When asked to wear shoe covers in the new house, they declined and said it 'would add several hours' to the move. They scratched my kitchen table. I was told I would get a call Monday (4/8) about this and have yet to receive any communication regarding this even though we did notify the movers and they took a picture and said they notified the appropriate people at their company. They left a lot of marks on the walls while moving. Luckily, we were able to wash them off but it shouldn't have happened. They got the job done but I wouldn't use them again and I wouldn't recommended them."
"First they were not able to make an appointment but gave a rather big range, such as afternoon from 12 to 5. Then the movers were young, inexperienced, and rather unprofessional; they broke one of my bookshelves, even after I warned them that it was on a flimsy side. I had these bookshelves many years, and they moved with me 3 times, and never got broken until now. In the reply below the company says how cheap this bookshelf was, what kind of an excuse is that! Every bookshelf these days is make like this, and I couldn't buy a replacement bookshelf for under $50! That company is disrespectful of people's hard earned stuff. They chipped the veneer on a vintage piece of furniture and then they said it was like that, which it wasn't! They lied, and because I didn't notice it right away it's their word against mine. They gave me $50 discount for breaking the bookshelf which doesn't help me to get a replacement bookshelf because A they are all more expensive delivered and I don't have a vehicle to go pick one up at the thriftstore or a yard sale, and B their bill is so big that the $50 is just a drop in an ocean and it's not like it's actual money that I can use to buy the bookshelf. They wouldn't pay for repair of the chipped veneer. They are horrible, don't hire them."
Neutral PNW Moving and Delivery Reviews
"Seems like some scheduling issues as I kept have to call for updates as the crew was late several hours. But when it comes to the actual movers, Raul and Joshua were fantastic and handled all of our belongings with care and hustled to get it done timely!"
"A team of young able-bodied guys showed up and worked extremely hard to move me out of my space. My only issue is that this team only had a dolly. They came with no moving blankets or anything to protect surfaces and furniture. They broke two custom framed pictures and put major scratches in some wooden furniture. When I texted the company to ask them what the company plans to do in regards to the damage caused, I was ignored. Thanks for getting me moved, no thanks for causing damage to my belongings."
Yelp
"Nice guys with good attitudes. However, I had three dozen moving blankets and I think they used 3. Stuff showed up in rougher shape than it left. I would use them again, but keep a closer eye on how it's packed."
