Tom and the team of movers were extremely fast and efficient while also being careful and respectful of our property. They even provide recycled boxes, which saves money.
Negative Gearharts Moving & Storage Reviews
When they delivered my things several pieces were broken, my furniture had gouges and scratches...My hutch was covered in mold, my microwave is scratched and looked like it was rolled around in mud. I called them about this and got absolutely no response.
They broke a leg off of our dresser and couch...I called and told them, they said they'd called back. It was several weeks and no call back...I am so very disappointed and will never use or recommend this moving service again.
The front office man, Tom, is excellent at quotes and organizing time, but the movers were less than desirable. Biggest mark was carelessness and refusal to put things back together. Objects broken, missing pieces, oven fixed 2 weeks later.
