Crushed, smashed, torn, ripped boxes. 55 damaged or ruined items. Most expensive insurance did us almost no good. No way to contact anyone over weekends. Almost $10K paid to North American and this is what we got.
They made big ugly scratches in my hardwood floors by sliding furniture. The headboard to my king bed was damaged. Plastic containers were crushed. Parts are missing to items. They were a day late for delivery which cost me money.
I would never again use this company. Numerous broken glass items, damaged beyond repair fertilizer spreader, furniture nicks and dings, and two lost items. I picked up trash, cigarette butts, and vacuum parts in the street after the movers departure.
