They did not wrap or protect our $4500 leather couch, dragged it against the wall and gouged floors. Several damages and only minimal compensation offered. They had padding but didn't use it.
They showed up without packing supplies for my kitchen/artwork, packed poorly, and we had a lot of breakage. I reached out twice for resolution, but got no response.
Charged $300 more than quoted, movers played loud music with vulgar language, and damaged dressers and beds. No help when reaching out for resolution.
