I can't begin to describe how happy we were using Suddath for our moves. It was a very stressful time, but they made it so easy and pleasant. Super nice, genuine staff coordinated our moving days and handled our billing, and the crew did an amazing job with our things.

Extremely disappointing experience. I was rushed to sign papers, my questions were brushed off, then our nice furniture was dropped, tossed, arrived dented, and damaged. Movers argued the whole time. Claim process underway, partial reimbursement received.
Please stay away from this company. Upon delivery there were several household items missing and damaged, including a broken washing machine. Items combined or lost, and little resolution was offered. Nightmare experience.
My move from NC to TX started well, but then most belongings arrived very late and incomplete, with poor communication and little support. Left multiple messages, rarely got calls back. Unacceptable delays and service.
