Our summary of Man With A Van
High ratings, one costly concern: Four 5-star ratings signal customer approval, but the blank comments provide no specific strengths to compare with other movers. The sole written complaint reports that after a late cancellation and requested rescheduling, the company kept a $200 deposit for office time and van parking. Compared with the four positive ratings, this feedback identifies non-refundable deposits as the key concern. Five reviews were analyzed: 80% were positive, 20% were negative, and 0% were neutral.
