One of the movers stole my wedding ring during the job. The ring was recovered at a pawn shop, but I received no apology or acknowledgement from the company.
Susie B., Yelp
The movers arrived 90 minutes late, taking three hours to unload instead of 45 minutes. The price doubled, and my jewelry arrived jumbled after being left in a dresser.

The crew seemed in no rush and the move went over the quoted price range. An unwrapped blender blade cut my finger while unpacking, and another blender blade was also unwrapped.
