Movers arrived three hours late after being sent to the wrong address. I was overcharged, charged before receiving an updated invoice, and promised a refund that never arrived.
Somang Yang, Google
I paid a $500 deposit, then canceled the next day. The company refused to cancel or refund it and did not provide the requested payment or insurance policies.
Scott Easter, Google
A $375 phone quote became a $910 charge after the movers got lost for two hours. I never received an invoice, and repeated calls about the billing went unanswered.
Neutral University Movers Reviews
Amber J, Google
The movers were polite, careful, and never damaged my antiques, but the second move was less smooth. The two-hour minimum felt excessive, and I would take a more active role in communication next time.
Patrick Lin, Google
The movers were hardworking and careful, but only two arrived instead of the agreed three. They brought no protective equipment, and I had to buy moving blankets and do extra labor myself.
