"They are charging me almost 5,000 to move and they didn’t even come into my home for an estimate. The estimate was done over the phone after we had an appointment and they decided to cancel last minute. We called the main office and they told us that’s how much they charge by weight 5000 pound minimum. We don’t have that much furniture so that’s a ridiculous amount of money. Very unprofessional!"
