Day of the move a few extra items costed me $1500. ... I was offered an option of having the truck leave and have my furniture transferred to a smaller truck and come tomorrow. ... The whole experience was chaos.
Furniture was badly damaged upon receiving it. They also damaged an expensive table and chair that are now unusable.
Jonathan was very rude on the phone. He would sigh out loud when I was indecisive and was sarcastic with answering questions. This company needs another representative to interface with customers.
