Delivery time changed, and day-of communication was less than stellar. The crew moved the piano well, but contacted my father instead of me and included an unprofessional complaint.
Two movers were nice, but one damaged furniture; my swing-set piece broke and freezer had dings. The $900-plus bill felt too high for the quality.
