Didn’t wrap furniture, didn’t use mattress bags, had multiple damaged items due to neglect. Damaged doors and wall when moving items out. Won't use them again."
"In the space of half a day, they managed to break or damage nearly every one of my favorite pieces of furniture. At the end of the move, they literally handed me three legs which had been completely separated from my furniture... the claims people did not respond to my emails in a timely manner."

They scheduled me for 2 hours for moving time and they extended it another hour while they moved real slow charging me an additional $100...The website said open until 5pm so I kept calling since the movers were 5 hours late. Nobody answered."
