For the second time, they lost important parts to furniture. This time it was our daughter’s bed and television stand. They didn’t follow up on replacing the pieces, even after we called them over half a dozen times.
They didn't have the right tools for the job and asked to borrow mine. They damaged the furniture and took way longer to disassemble and reassemble it than the previous company.
