The movers were able to arrive early they were absolutely fantastic Duell was extremely experienced I had a lot of large glass pieces they delivered intact... will use them again in a heartbeat

They charged me for an hour ($149), and never told the guys to turn around. I got voice mails saying they were 20 minutes away, long after I called. Won't recommend them.
They charged me $109 because I didn't cancel 48 hours before. They could have confirmed earlier. I'm out $109. You should reconsider your policies.
They put a deep, 2 foot scratch in my laminate floor. I was told someone would call me about it. It's been a week and no one has.
