Didn't show up at the appointed time, despite a written confirmation. The driver claimed he was waiting and we didn't show. The manager's response was 'oh, that's not good, sorry!'

My safe was too heavy, so they wouldn't move it. That's fine, but the guy on the phone sounded mad I even inquired, was curt and snippy, and promptly hung up.
