Horrible! Grossly underestimated the cost for my move and broke my kitchen table. And when I expected the table to be replaced they claimed I called and specifically requested to waive the insurance for my things. Total Bull!! I never requested that. They are shady, slimy people who clearly take advantage and do anything not to take responsibility. Not to mention the move took 10 hours, and the first 5 hours two of the guys did nothing! I used them a year prior and paid half the cost. These criminals really got me this time around! Will NEVER use them or recommend them. Zero stars should be an option!

I give them ZERO stars. Moved on December 14th and still waiting for them to repair my damaged walls and most of the furniture that I had them move. Their salesmen, Paul DelGuidice gave me an estimate for 3 to 4 hours for my very small move. It took them 9 hours to move a dining room table with 4 chairs, pub table with 4 chairs, queen size matress, full size matress, 2 dressers, a futon, and 2 desks. I was told they had professional tools, which had to come from the dollar store and they were well trained professionals. It took almost 4 hours to take apart my reclining couch and put it back together. Most of my furniture now has scratches on them. Still waiting for someone to repair the holes in the wall when they dropped a dresser into the wall. I have to keep calling and emailing about the status of my damage. Never received any information about how their process works.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If they posted 65 dollars an hour for moving when I called to get the service they changed it to 267 dollars an hour. They said they do home delivery for boxes. Then said they had no slots to deliver ever again after that call. They should be called false advertisement and a truck. Also the title is false because when you call they insist on sending 3 men because in the area that you live only have options of 3 men. The worst business I've ever dealt with. They don't even deserve 1 star. I took my business elsewhere and so should you.
