Yelp
My boxes mostly came crushed. I had almost 60 boxes and 20 of them were crushed. My nightstand was completely destroyed. They also added many fees.
First the driver gets lost and is late for pick up. Then they broke the base lags of the armoire. Delivery was even worse. Also arrived late, but not with our stuff.
Neutral MiniMoves Inc. Reviews
Scheduling for pick-up and billing were easy. The movers themselves were great, but the middleman gave us the wrong delivery window, so we waited around for hours.
Organizing up to day of move was great. The crew did not impress me. They asked whether I wanted the beds assembled; I had been told they were full-service.
Stephanie Nasser, Google
The movers were great at the destination end. The sales guy was hard to get a hold of and not good with communication.
