Yelp
They provided an estimate within minutes and gave me the best deal compared to the handful of other companies I contacted.
I switched my date and time twice and it wasn't a problem. Everybody showed up and worked very hard to move my 1,800 sq. ft. condo down 4 flights of stairs.
Yelp
Three guys showed up and worked hard. They were polite and careful with our stuff, wrapped things extremely well, and nothing was broken. The final bill was below the initial quote.
Negative Wolley Movers, Inc. Reviews
Yelp
They destroyed our mattress that was only two years old. They offered no help to make it right, and no one showed up when they said they would inspect it. We also noticed missing boxes.
The initial estimate was around $770, but with all of the wrapping, it ended up over $1,500. They damaged most of our items, including chairs, tables, and other furniture.
They showed up close to 4 p.m. for a noon appointment. The quote was $400, but they added fees for wrapping new furniture, and only one of three movers wore a mask.
Neutral Wolley Movers, Inc. Reviews
The bill was going to be double the estimated cost. After 30 minutes with the main office, a price was settled on, and the movers were great.
Great movers. Poor customer service. They still charged me a $200 couch fee even though they couldn't get it into my new building. The movers were super nice and efficient.
Yelp
They were efficient and nothing was broken, but the movers kind of man handled my boxes. The team finished in just under 2.5 hours.
