Something came up, so I had to change the move date. Rescheduling was a breeze with no issues. They quoted a fair, relatively cheap price, and everything arrived safely.
Negative New City Moving Reviews
New City Movers subcontracted the entire move without informing me. The other company severely damaged our outdoor furniture, and New City was unhelpful when I requested accountability despite paying for $10,000 in damage coverage.
During the move, the driver smelled strongly of alcohol. A plastic bin and patio table were damaged, and the crew did not report either incident. The claim offered far less than the table’s replacement cost.
