We never received our love seat back that matches our couch. Called Bekins several times, never heard back. Still no love seat, no apology, and no word from them. Would not recommend.
They lost things, broke things, and I took a major loss. My items were not secured or vaulted as promised. No apology from the company. Do not use this Bekins.
Tiny fleet struggles to meet demands and often relies on third parties. Constant turnover leads to lack of experience and attention to detail. Service left us frustrated.
