The office staff that set up our move...are seasoned professionals who are easy to work with and very helpful. The price was excellent. A++! We are using North Coast for another move today. They’ve set the high bar for Moving companies and what customers should expect. Use them with confidence."

"I just finished an interstate move from Bellevue, WA down to Irvine, CA...Everything arrived in 6 days and not a single piece of furniture was damaged...They also built a custom wood crate for my expensive large art piece. On top of that I was able to purchase a Zero deductible full value insurance for peace of mind."

"A warning to anyone relocating and considering North Coast Moving & Storage/Agent for Allied Van Lines (Bellevue, WA). Our move from Seattle to Sydney was initiated by this company and resulted in loss and disappointment. I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt when almost 20k worth of our items failed to arrive at our home and no one could tell me when the last time these things were checked off the manifest. Today I had to acknowledge these items were more than likely stolen whilst in the custody of this company...Several items were repacked in different boxes after being opened and pictures and other ceramic items can't be accounted for. An award from work was pulled out of its bubble wrap and thrown back into a box and broken. All the legs off our coffee and side table are missing, and our end table appears to have been stolen or mislaid."

"Forgot to schedule our pick up, was a day late with no regard for our closing date. Did not schedule enough people to pack, so the job was hurried and sloppy. Confirmed delivery date repeatedly, yet was still a day late and ended up having the entire family sleeping on the floor. Several items missing and damaged and they make you jump through hoops to file a claim. Lots of apologies not much customer service I would give them a zero stars if possible!"

"These guys were selected by my relocation company and I cannot understand why. They showed up two separate days to pack my stuff, but they were rushed and insisted on being done after four hours. They were sloppy and careless. When I got to my destination and unpacked, I was further disappointed. I found things like my late mother's dishes packed with garage items and my leaf blower! Another box had lightbulbs at the bottom, with a clothes iron on top and bathroom toiletries literally thrown together, so things were leaking."

The Manager, Stuart called me, we went over the experience, and he apoligzed and let me know what actions were planned to mitigate the situation and make sure it will not happen to another customer. I appreciated his attitude, and he went above and beyond in compensating me for all the damaged goods- he was honest, candid and truly contrite- All appreciated, so I am changing my rating!"
