The estimate was also very low regarding the hourly total for the move. The 6.25 hours ended up being 7.25 hours. In addition to this, they damaged our coffee table, chipped two corners.
Alan Metcalf, Google
The move went very well. We were happy with the move. We are giving one star because the dresser drawer was damaged. We messaged them and filled out the damage report, but have not received a response.
Lisa Merrigan, Google
I was charged 3 fees after the job that I was not told about: a credit card fee, reservation fee and environmental fee. Luckily, I paid with a credit card and disputed the charges with my bank. In the end, I got the refund.

Movers were on time, polite and efficient. My hardwood floor was damaged and an expensive wool rug was torn. I filed an insurance claim.
Logan Carruba, Google
Move went overall okay, some broken minor items but they handled the major stuff well. Total price was higher than quoted. The movers themselves were friendly and hard-working.
Brittney Francis, Google
The movers showed up on time and were extremely nice and proficient in packing and moving. The actually movers did a great job and were extremely hard working. Our final bill ended up being almost double the estimated quote.
