Quote came in quickly and was easy to understand. I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was compared to the 3 other companies I spoke to. Sara continued to be available and responsive.
They came prepared with everything needed to pack our stuff, we have 80 inch tv and they were really good with dismounting it and wrapping it safely. They unpacked everything and placed boxes in their designated room.

Negative Capital City Movers & Storage Reviews
Alex Breen, Google
The movers delivered two truck loads of other people’s stuff across three states. It took 1.5 days to locate and deliver our stuff. They damaged audio equipment, broke three lamps, and lost all Peloton cords.
Nathaniel Nussbaum, Google
There was significant damage to our furniture and their insurance hasn't been responsive. They said they would pack pictures, but actually left them for us to pack.
Pauline Loh, Google
The movers were really late, at least two hours, getting to my apartment. Instead of calling me to let me know why they were late, I had to call and find out. The moving crew broke my full length mirror.
