Negative DC Pro Movers Reviews
Claire Leduc, Google
I received an estimate of $600, but the final bill was $1,178 for a one-bedroom apartment. I felt trapped into authorizing payment before my possessions were unloaded.
Amanda Dare, Google
I was quoted less than $1,000, but ended up paying over $2,000. The six-hour estimate became a 10-hour move, and I was charged for wrapping items that were not discussed.
dionysica stewart, Google
My final bill nearly doubled from the original estimate. I was charged about $350 for packing supplies despite providing my own materials, and I felt the charges were not fair or transparent.
Neutral DC Pro Movers Reviews
Diane Simeon, Google
The movers worked fast and hard, but materials added $269, the move took an extra hour, and I was not told fuel would apply to packing supplies. After I raised concerns, they gave me a $194 credit.

Our summary of DC Pro Movers
Fast hands and careful moves lead the way in customer feedback. Across 221 reviews, 192 entries, or 86.9%, were positive. Customers praise affordable rates, quick response times, quick moves, efficient crews, careful handling, and helpful guidance. Many report finishing sooner and paying less than with other movers they contacted, while repeat customers often return after smooth earlier moves. Negative feedback centers on unexpected packing, fuel, and labor charges, inaccurate estimates, and final bills far above the quoted amount. Some customers also report delayed arrivals, payment pressure before unloading, or incomplete work. DC Pro Movers compares well with other local movers on speed and price when the estimate matches the final bill, but unclear charges can sharply reduce trust.
