Negative Flexdolly Moving & Storage - San Diego Reviews
Monica Ann Castro, Google
The movers were professional, but this loading-only job felt way overpriced. Everything was set for them; they only had to load the truck. Make sure you get three movers and confirm the charges.

The movers scratched our walls and floors while moving refrigerators. The owner offered $25 after initially suggesting $6 for paint; a contractor said the damage needed more than paint.

Our summary of Flexdolly Moving & Storage - San Diego
Fast help, fair prices, and careful hands lead the customer feedback. Across 581 reviews, 577 customers, or 99.3%, gave positive ratings; four reviews, or 0.7%, were negative, and none were neutral. Customers often say Flexdolly compares favorably with other movers because the company answers quickly, accepts last-minute or small jobs, offers flexible scheduling and affordable rates, and sends experienced crews that work fast. Many customers also praise careful wrapping and successful handling of stairs, pianos, couches, and other heavy items. The negative feedback identifies two clear risks: scratched walls and floors during one refrigerator job, and a loading-only service that cost more than one customer expected.
