The driver was very impatient and crabby. My piano had scratch marks that weren’t there when they picked it up.
Hannah Hook, Google
I was given an estimate of $400 to move an upright piano less than a mile away, with two flights of stairs. This price seemed very unreasonable.

The crew was very condescending and not professional. They ran our organ over our marble and Brazilian Cherry floors with only a furniture cover.

He never called when he was on his way, was not pleasant to work with, and left minor grooves in the sod.
