Negative Premium Moving Services Reviews
Diana N, Google
Maurice and his team definitely worked very hard, but we would not recommend them to anyone. We wish that they protected our items better. We noticed there are a lot of items got damaged.
They charged a $200 deposit and when I cancelled one week later, three weeks before the move, they said it's non-refundable.
They showed up at 10am when they were scheduled for 1pm. They cursed at me and raised their voices on the phone.
Neutral Premium Moving Services Reviews
Chester and the crew were polite and got the job done on time, but most items had scuffs and scrapes. Both homes showed evidence of the move on the walls, though pricing was reasonable.
H W, Google
The movers were very good, but the estimate was 15% low because of extra charges. The truck liftgate also leaked oil; we might use them again for a small move.
Sheila Wirkus, Google
After the move, two bakers racks were bent, vintage chairs cracked, an upholstered chest stained, and a bedpost broken. The damage nearly equaled the $2,500 moving cost.
