Negative Muscle Men Movers Reviews
Matthew Willison, Google
Not 5 minutes after I gave a deposit I decided I didn't need the service. It's surprising and disappointing that I was refused a refund. It's within her rights, but it was disappointing.
Mark S, Google
They dragged the tub through a tight turn, which left a mark and gouge on my hardwood floor. The owner was apologetic and promised to send someone to look at the damage. No one ever called.
Alexus Thomas, Google
The movers never notified me of the damage and I ended up having to reassemble the bed completely. The movers forgot two of my dining room chairs. I’m disappointed because I felt confident in this company.
Neutral Muscle Men Movers Reviews
Melanie Smith, Google
The men sent were excellent. I paid almost $1,000 for a little over an hour because of the three-hour minimum. I feel $500 would have been fair for this unloading-only job.
Clayton Kennamer, Google
Communication, quality of service, and timeliness were 5/5. Muscle Men took great care of all our items. The initial quote was half the final cost, so I recommend comparing prices.
crystal curran-moran, Google
The movers showed up and were professional, but the final price was significantly higher than the original quote. Buyer beware: make sure every item is outlined in the quote.
