Our summary of Peers Moving Co Inc
Stress-free moves, fair prices, and careful crews define Peers’ feedback. Of 400 reviews, 392 were positive, or 98.0%, while five were negative (1.2%) and three were neutral (0.8%). Customers most often praised affordable rates, reliable follow-up, friendly staff, respect for homes, and careful handling. Negative feedback focused on missing items, crushed or damaged belongings, poor cleanup, rude interactions, and difficulty reaching the office. One neutral customer praised secure wrapping and on-time arrival but reported incomplete assembly and soda cans left behind. The company’s strong service pattern stands out, yet it should tighten item tracking, crew conduct, cleanliness, and response times to match its otherwise reliable reputation.
