The associate had an attitude during pickup and argued about the 24/7 check-in. The truck had dents, a filthy cab, and less than a full tank. Customer service by phone helped more.

After four years of renting, our storage unit was auctioned after we fell behind while managing cancer. We lost priceless family items and about $50,000 in furniture.

The reserved U-Haul was unavailable. The employee offered no apology or help, did not answer the phone, and had a distasteful attitude.

Employees were nice and the U-Haul was fine, but box prices were considerably higher than prices for the same boxes elsewhere.
Annie H., Yelp
The U-Haul and price were good, but staff struggled to make the reservation, process payment, and provide timely service.
