"If you value your belongings, do not use this company. The workers were very friendly and helpful; however, they were 4 hours late due to a 'flat tire.' There was damage to beds, nightstands, bookshelves etc. After several text messages (4), two phone calls and a message left, within the span of a week, I have yet to hear from the owners. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible, terrible management."
"A & L Movers moved me on December 21st. While moving my dining table broke and 2 antique pieces were scratched. It took until February for them to pick up my table. Then, it took until May 8 for a response that they could not fix my table. When they called they said they would put a check in the mail (which was less than my table was worth). I sent my address and I have yet to receive the check. I have tried contacting them and get no answer. I would not recommend them."
"I had an absolutely horrific experience with A&L Movers. They did not have enough materials to pack. It was supposed to be one trip in one day, it turned into multiple trips across 2 days, and I had to move and pack some of my stuff on my own. Movers fell through the attic at my old house, backed into the front of my new home, damaged furniture and scuffed up walls. I texted the owner the invoice, never heard back. Would be very careful if you use this company."
