Moving into Chula Vista, I had crates of vinyl records that felt more like history than items. The crew noticed, padded each box twice, and one of them even asked what my favorite album was.
My move in Lemon Grove was delayed by elevator issues, and I was sure the whole day would fall apart. But the team didn’t even blink. They rerouted everything through the stairwell, lifted with steady pace.
