Action moved us from Minneapolis to Philadelphia professionally and efficiently. Adam clearly explained the timeline, the final price was under estimate, and nothing was damaged or missing.
Negative Action Moving Services, Inc. Reviews
Several items were left behind, and the final bill was nearly $1,000 over the bid. Antique pieces were damaged, including a China plate, and poorly labeled boxes made unpacking difficult.
Yelp
Action lost one of our storage crates containing jewelry, military medals, coins, and family heirlooms. After months of unanswered messages, the company offered $50.
The estimate was $5,417, but the final charge was $7,726—almost 50% higher. The boxes arrived on time and undamaged, but the unexpected increase was unreasonable.
