Our property was well packed, picked up, and delivered in great shape. All members of their crew were pleasant, careful, cheerful, and polite.
They gave us a fair estimate, were professional and very reassuring with our concerns. We had them pack some delicate items.
The estimate was a little less than anticipated and pretty accurate. The office kept in touch, and everything was delivered in the same condition.
Negative Austin Moving & Storage Co., Inc. Reviews
I paid extra to have my furniture wrapped in paper, but some pieces were wrapped only in plastic, causing damage. Heavy boxes crushed smaller ones and broke glassware.
The estimate ended up costing nearly a grand more than we were told. We had damage to our home, two mattresses, and one TV.
The owner charged me $1,000 to drop off two pieces of furniture for donation without quoting a price beforehand.
