Scott and Anthony were extremely efficient, polite, and respectful of our property. The pricing was transparent and fair, even though the move took longer than expected. Black Tie restored my faith in moving.

I strongly recommend choosing another company. Black Tie quoted us at $1,800, later charged over $4,000. The crew lacked basic equipment like straps and dollies and worked so slowly that I had to help finish before nightfall.

The movers were unprofessional, not well trained, vaping on the job, and damaged several pieces of furniture and my newly refinished hardwood floors. The company was unresponsive when contacted repeatedly.
