We had multiple items arrive damaged—some beyond repair—and multiple items not arrive at all. The major issue was the extreme lack of communication afterwards.
I was given a delivery spread of June 4 through 12, but on June 19 my belongings still had not arrived, and customer service could not tell me where they were or when they would arrive.
Billed me upon delivery and then demanded an additional $800 without signed records. They also broke three beds, a motorcycle stand, and a family jewelry box.
