Furniture arrived damaged. Washer & dryer were damaged because they were not wrapped or protected when other items were stacked on top. Lamps and several items were damaged as well.
I was also told three different dates for when my things would be sent. When they finally arrived two weeks later than expected, some of my things were broken.
A box was lost somewhere, or is still in their storage, containing priceless photographs. Their response was to offer me $15.
